Rediscover Your Worth: Feel Seen, Be You.

For the woman stepping into a new chapter, it's time to quiet self-doubt and reconnect with your unwavering inner strength.

You've dedicated years to building a career, nurturing a family, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. From the outside, your life looks steady, well-managed, and composed. You're the one people rely on, always following through, rarely letting anything drop. But lately, there's been a quieter shift within. With fewer people depending on you day-to-day, you've started to notice this persistent, gentle self-criticism. When you catch your reflection, you sometimes feel disconnected from the capable woman you know you are. You wonder if you're still seen, not just for what you do, but for who you are in this newer chapter. It’s wrong to move through this season feeling anything less than fully valued and visible. You've earned the right to recognize yourself with kindness and meet your own gaze with honesty. Yet, busyness has become a familiar comfort, a way to avoid sitting with the quieter questioning about your worth and place. This self-doubt, this feeling of quiet invisibility, is the villain stealing your joy – preventing you from fully embracing the remarkable woman you are, exactly as you are today.

The Woman Who Guides Your Experience

I believe every woman deserves freedom from the pressure of perfection and the reassurance that she belongs exactly as she is. Many women, like you, arrive seeking a reminder of the strong, capable individual they know themselves to be, especially when navigating moments of change or quiet self-questioning. Perhaps you've felt that subtle shift, that quiet uncertainty about your worth, or a disconnection from your own reflection. I understand that feeling of putting everyone else first, only to realize you've minimized your own needs along the way. My purpose is to gently guide you back to yourself. This isn't about posing or performing; it's about creating a nurturing space where you can slow down, be cared for, and simply be*. The experience begins in my studio with hair and makeup, allowing you to settle in, relax, and shed the weight of everyday demands. I've heard it feels much like a day spent with a trusted friend – warm, unrushed, and filled with genuine ease. Here, you have permission to laugh, to breathe, and to let go of any self-judgment. Throughout our time together, I pay close attention to you*. I don't just see a woman in front of my lens; I see the depth of your story, the core of your being. I guide with empathy, noticing what helps you truly unwind and allowing your innate confidence to surface naturally. My focus is on helping you feel noticed, valued, and genuinely seen, exactly as you are today. What we create together becomes beautiful artwork Wall Art Collections for your home, Treasure Boxes, and albums each piece serving as a powerful, daily reminder. They are more than photographs; they are visible proof of your worth, your grace, and the inherent beauty you carry. These artworks are tangible anchors you can return to whenever you need reassurance, a way to reconnect with your steady confidence and the woman you know yourself to be. This work is about supporting you as you recognize yourself with kindness, carry confidence into your choices, and move forward feeling steady and self-trusting. It's an invitation to be seen, to feel deeply valued, and to remember that who you are right now is profoundly enough.

Step 1: Discover Your Vision

We begin with a warm conversation to understand your desires, what you hope to rediscover within yourself, and how you envision seeing yourself. This is where we ensure the experience is perfectly tailored to you.

Step 2: Your Empowering Experience

Step into our calm studio, where you'll be cared for with professional hair and makeup. This is your time to slow down, breathe, and simply be. We'll gently guide you through the process, allowing your true confidence to naturally unfold with ease and laughter.

Step 3: Design Your Personal Artwork

We'll review your exquisite portraits. During this design consultation, we’ll select the artwork that speaks most deeply to you, creating Wall Art Collections and Treasure Boxes that beautifully reflect your rediscovered self-worth.

Step 4: Live Your Confidence

Imagine walking through your home, pausing by your artwork, and feeling a deep sense of peace and self-respect. Every day, your portraits will serve as a gentle, unwavering reminder of your inherent worth and the beauty of who you are right now.

The Success You'll Live Every Day

Imagine walking by your Wall Art Collection each morning and seeing not just a reflection, but the visible proof of your quiet confidence. You’ll pause, even just for a moment, and feel a deep sense of worthiness that isn't dependent on anyone else's approval. The woman looking back at you is you, fully seen and celebrated, reminding you that you belong exactly as you are. Throughout your day, that image becomes an emotional anchor, a gentle nudge to meet challenges from a place of inner calm and self-trust. When doubts might have once crept in, you’ll remember the woman in that portrait, steady and self-assured. You’ll find yourself moving with greater intention, speaking with quiet conviction, and making choices that honor your own needs, not out of obligation, but from a genuine place of self-respect. And in your quieter moments, perhaps flipping through your Treasure Box or Album, you'll rediscover the profound sense of connection to yourself that came from being truly present during your experience. You'll feel a renewed love for who you are in this season, allowing you to show up in all aspects of your life at work, with friends, and at home with a radiant, undeniable sense of belonging. This isn't just artwork; it's a daily affirmation of the beautiful, valuable woman you are today.

If you don't make space for this reflection, you might continue to carry that quiet self-criticism, letting it subtly influence your daily choices. The opportunity to recognize yourself, truly seen and valued, could gently slip away, leaving you longing for a connection to the confident woman you know still resides within. You deserve to feel rooted in who you are, without waiting for

'someday' to begin.

What is the Strength & Style Portrait Experience?

Strength & Style is a guided portrait experience for women stepping into a new chapter who want to reconnect with themselves, their confidence, and the woman they are today. The experience creates space to slow down, be cared for, and simply be yourself.

Who is the Strength & Style Experience for?

Strength & Style is for women who are ready to make space for themselves and recognize who they are in this season of life. It can be especially meaningful during times of change or when you feel disconnected from your own reflection.

What makes Strength & Style different from a traditional portrait session?

This experience is designed to feel warm, unrushed, and nurturing rather than like a typical photo session. Misty guides you with empathy and attention to what helps you relax, allowing your natural confidence and personality to come through.

How does the Strength & Style Experience begin?

The experience begins with a warm conversation to understand what you hope to rediscover within yourself, what you want from your portraits, and how you envision seeing yourself. This helps tailor the experience to you.

Is professional hair and makeup available for Strength & Style?

Yes. Professional hair and makeup is available as an optional add-on for the Strength & Style Experience. If you choose to include it, it gives you time to settle in, relax, and enjoy being cared for before your portraits.

Where does the Strength & Style Experience take place?

The experience begins in Misty's studio at 3234 Boyd Mill Avenue in Franklin, Tennessee, just outside downtown Franklin. The experience is centered in the studio, with outdoor portraits available when appropriate.

What should I wear for Strength & Style portraits?

Choose clothing that makes you feel like yourself and reflects how you want to see yourself in this season of life. You can bring multiple looks to show different sides of your personality and style, and Misty can help guide your choices.

Do I need to know how to pose?

No. You do not need to know how to pose or have experience in front of the camera. Misty gently guides you throughout the experience and pays attention to what helps you truly unwind.

What if I am nervous or uncomfortable being photographed?

You do not have to arrive feeling confident in front of the camera. The experience is designed to be calm, warm, and unrushed. Misty guides you throughout the portraits rather than expecting you to know what to do.

What happens during the portrait experience?

Misty gently guides you through the portrait experience, creating an environment where you can relax, laugh, breathe, and let go of self-judgment. Optional professional hair and makeup can be added to the experience. The goal is to allow your confidence to surface naturally.

What happens after my portraits are created?

You'll review your portraits during a design consultation and select the artwork that speaks most deeply to you. The goal is to create finished artwork that becomes a meaningful reminder of who you are in this season of life.

What artwork is available with Strength & Style?

Strength & Style artwork includes prints, Wall Art, Image Boxes, and Albums. The experience can include Wall Art Collections and Treasure Boxes designed to be enjoyed in your home.

Are digital images available?

With your print and artwork orders, you receive the corresponding digital images—great for creating your own Christmas cards and sharing your portraits with family and friends.

What does the Strength & Style Experience cost?

Strength & Style follows the same base pricing as the Family and High School Senior portrait experiences: $690 on weekdays and $790 on weekends, with a $500 portrait credit toward your purchase. Collections begin at $800, and Wall Art begins at $620. Professional hair and makeup is optional and is an additional cost.

What is included with my portrait session?

Your session fee covers the portrait experience, including planning, the photography experience, and your personalized viewing and design appointment. The $500 portrait credit can be applied toward your artwork purchase.

Can I bring someone with me?

If having a trusted person with you would help you feel more comfortable, you can discuss that with Misty during your planning conversation.

Can I reschedule my Strength & Style Experience?

We understand that illness and weather sometimes make rescheduling necessary, and we'll work with you when that happens. Because your session date is reserved specifically for you, we ask that you limit rescheduling whenever possible. Repeated rescheduling may require a new session fee to reserve another date.

How do I get started with Strength & Style?

Strength & Style begins with a Discovery Call. Start with a warm conversation with Misty about what you are experiencing in this season of life, what you hope to rediscover, and how you envision seeing yourself.
