By booking a session with Misty Westebbe Photography, you agree to the following terms. Session fees cover the photographer’s time, talent, and preparation. Prints, wall art, albums, and digital images are purchased separately unless otherwise stated in writing.

We understand that life happens. If weather impacts an outdoor session, we will reschedule for the next available date. If illness occurs, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session. Clients agree to arrive on time and prepared for their session, as late arrival may reduce session time.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and trust the artistic style, editing approach, and creative vision of Misty Westebbe Photography. All images remain the copyright of Misty Westebbe Photography and may not be altered, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

Your experience matters deeply to us. If you are not happy with your results, we will work together until it feels right. This may include additional editing guidance or a rescheduled session when appropriate. Our goal is always for you to love your final images.

Session fees are non-refundable, as they cover time and preparation. However, we stand behind our work and our commitment to you. If weather or sickness affects your session, we will happily reschedule at no additional charge.
